We build tools that work.
Designed for locals. Built for members. Driven by the labor movement.
Our Mission
Our platform connects members to the systems and resources that drive the trades forward, integrating with leading membership and data systems to deliver seamless engagement and easy access to critical information. We offer tools built for the building trades—member communication, training and safety resources, dues processing, organizing tools, contractor networks, and workforce development programs including pre‑apprenticeship and career pathways.
With products like the Construction Project Network (CPN), we bring real‑time jobsite intelligence to Business Managers and Organizers, helping them make informed decisions and expand union presence in the field.
LinkedUnion is built on the belief that strong communication, smart technology, and proactive organizing are essential to protecting and growing union work. We don't just build software—we build infrastructure for growth, connection, and long‑term success in the trades.

Who We Serve
LinkedUnion works with locals across the building trades, public sector, and service industries. Whether you're a small local with a part‑time staff or a large organization with thousands of members, our platform adapts to your needs and grows with you.
Our Story
LinkedUnion was born from real experience on the ground with the labor movement—not in a boardroom. Before LinkedUnion, we ran Pacific Printing in San Jose, working closely with the building trades and the local labor council. We didn't just print materials; we walked picket lines and stood with the workers we served.
That work pulled us directly into political fights that shaped the future of labor. When pension reform hit San Jose and threatened union livelihoods, we saw firsthand how urgently labor needed to mobilize. But in the heart of Silicon Valley, unions still had no way to communicate with members in real time—no email lists, no text messaging, only traditional mail. Even with same‑day printing, the postal system slowed everything down. Mobilizing 117,000 union households required speed that simply didn't exist.
That communication gap became the catalyst for LinkedUnion.
We set out to build the tools unions were missing—technology that delivers instant communication, direct engagement, and real‑time response. LinkedUnion was created to strengthen the connection between leadership and membership, replacing delays with immediacy and putting modern tools in the hands of the labor movement.
Today, that mission continues. LinkedUnion provides mobile apps, communication platforms, organizing tools, and workforce development resources built specifically for the trades. Everything we build is rooted in the same belief that started it all: when labor can communicate, organize, and engage—labor wins.
